Shepparton Line Upgrade Project Stage 2 & 3 – Victoria

Delivered as an alliance between Coleman Rail and RPV, CDSE has supported the delivery of Stage 2 of the Shepparton Line Upgrade Project, including the platform extension and car park works. CDSE’s expertise in structures, earthworks and project management has assisted the alliance in planning and delivering this project. CDSE also provided expertise in project management to help deliver the investigation works required for the stage 3 tender.

CDSE’s experience in project management, structures and earthworks has assisted in delivering a project in a greenfield setting. Stakeholder management has been at the forefront of the role considering the interface between the various stakeholders.
