In 2017, CDSE founder, David Firgaira, set out to create a better workplace; one that supported families, work/life balance, and personal passions, while still undertaking fulfilling and meaningful work in the major infrastructure industry. And that is exactly what he did.
Since then, the CDSE team has not looked back, continuing to grow our team and engineering and infrastructure support offering while always putting people first.

It is also our word and trustworthiness which forms the foundation of the business. It is the most powerful tool we have in facing challenges and being successful. If we fail to operate with integrity the business will not survive, because we stand for, and on, nothing if we do not have integrity. While integrity is not about being perfect, it is our responsibility to recognise breakdowns that occur and make every effort to restore and rectify them.
We choose to be courageous. We speak up and are prepared to take an unpopular view to deal with reality.
We lead by example. It is not just what we say but what we do. This is what distinguishes us from others; we deliberately choose to lead and find a way where others may fear to.
We recognise that maintaining real communication is critical to what we do, and the key to overcoming difficulties and finding workable outcomes.
We are not afraid to be vulnerable or take on the tough conversations that need to be had. We will always choose to be authentic and real in our communication. We are responsible for ensuring our communication is clear and understood.
