Construction Management

We assist in all aspects of construction management, providing skilled project managers in leadership positions; senior project engineers to manage significant scope of works; and teams of engineers and project engineers with expertise in civil, rail and structures delivery.

We provide guidance on all areas of design management including: development of multi-discipline design from reference design through to detailed design and construction phase services; management of safety in design processes; stakeholder coordination; cost-effective design solutions; reviews; and understanding of local government, state and national design standards.

Interface Management

Projects often involve a variety of stakeholders, such as utility providers, councils, returned asset owners and multi-discipline project teams. Our understanding of how complex infrastructure projects work, standards, and stakeholder expectations, helps us to liaise effectively between teams and stakeholders during project phases.
