Head of Technical Advisory | Senior Design Manager

David founded CDSE Consulting in 2017. He has a strong background in design management on major infrastructure projects and specialises particularly in complex structures, including bridges, gantries, barriers, and retaining walls. David is a leader whose personal vision is to create futures that otherwise never could have existed. This leadership extends to all that David does. David is responsible for setting the strategic planning and direction of the company and ensuring all of the CDSE team are clear on how these are to be achieved and their role in it.

Head of Project Delivery | Senior Project Manager | Engineering Manager

Kumbi is a leader who thrives on the challenges of delivering complex infrastructure works. His strong project management and technical skills, along with his extensive engineering consultancy experience, allows him to provide clear guidance on the best project solutions. His focus is in driving a successful, consistent, and progressive safety culture while delivering value for money outcomes. Kumbi is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of CDSE’s goals, particularly business development, financial robustness, and the general management of the company.

Design Manager | Senior Design Coordinator

Will brings incredible integrity to all he works with, and elevates all systems, processes, and ways of operating to ensure clarity and accountability. Will is responsible for the general administration and documentation within CDSE, as well as all aspects of Human Resourcing, Recruiting and Onboarding of new staff.

Utilities Manager | Utilities Engineer | Project Engineer

Marcos is CDSE’s Lead Utilities Specialist. Marcos assists our clients to find the most efficient solutions to their challenges through his experience and ongoing relationships with utility service providers. Marcos’ personal vision is to create a world where collaboration, camaraderie, personal accountability, and respect to all individuals are the rule and not the exception. In both his business and personal life, Marcos looks to create exceptional value co-creation and enhance the community’s wellbeing.

Senior Project Engineer

Felix brings over 15 years of experience and extensive knowledge in the successful delivery of both civil works and structures. He has contributed to projects across Australia and enjoys the variety of challenges that come with each project, be it rail, renewables, resources or roads. Felix is passionate about creating a work environment that encourages creativity and produces innovative solutions.

Project Engineer

James brings seven years’ experience from various roles in the delivery of commercial, water, and roads projects in Victoria. He has developed good civil and structural construction skills, along with experience in quality, commercial, and design coordination roles. James brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn to his work. He strongly values the importance of working collaboratively, helping others to learn and develop, operating with integrity, and communicating effectively.

Civil Engineer | Structural Engineer

Geoff is an experienced civil and structural engineer, having worked in construction and design coordination roles on major road, rail, and tunnel projects in Victoria and Western Australia. He has worked in both subcontractor and head contractor roles. Geoff is an excellent communicator with a strong work ethic, and is focused on fostering positive team experiences and culture. He prides himself on building good relationships across project teams, clients, and stakeholders, to effectively deliver projects.

Senior Project Engineer

Brodie is a highly experienced civil and structural engineer who has worked across a number of mining, airport, road, and rail projects in Victoria and Western Australia in tendering, delivery, and project completions. He has an excellent record for delivering a range of projects under different contract models and for different private and government clients. Brodie is an excellent communicator and problem-solver. He is passionate about training and guiding junior engineers, and strives to provide strong leadership on all of his projects.

Project Engineer

Hasindu is an experienced civil and structural engineer, having worked on road, rail, and water projects in metropolitan and regional Victoria on both Design & Construct and Alliance contracts, and in both subcontractor and head contractor roles. Hasindu is an excellent communicator and works to bring teams and stakeholders together to work effectively. He is extremely enthusiastic and committed to making a difference on projects, and takes immense pride in creating supportive and high-performing teams.
